Return Policy

  • SHOPPING BAGS AND DUFFLE BAGS ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
  • Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
  • We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition. 
  • All sale items are final.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. We recommend repurchasing the bag you are interested in, while separately processing a return. To make a return or exchange, please send an email to SHOP@TELFAR.NET with:

Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed. Please follow the return process below if you decide that you no longer want your purchase.

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days.
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed. Please follow the return process below if you decide that you no longer want your purchase.

We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries with our shipping partner. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days via DHL (not including any customs and duties delays).
  • Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days.
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes - DHL is unable to deliver to them.
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges.
