Shipping and Returns
- After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Shipping takes 4-6 business days with USPS.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
We currently offer flat rate shipping worldwide with our shipping partner.
- Shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not accept exchanges.
- We accept returns for purchase/s of a minimum of 100 USD within 14 days of the original order’s arrival.
- Merchandise must be in unused condition, in its original packaging with any labels attached to the product.
- We do not accept returns on Jewelry, unless in unopened condition.
- All sale items are final.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We must receive this email within 14 days of delivery receipt to accept the return.
